1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 566bd platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older. 566bd will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. The 21-year age restriction is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active 566bd account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a violation of these Terms. 566bd employs automated systems to detect multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and all bonuses, pending withdrawals, and account balances may be voided. If you have lost access to your original account, contact 566bd support using the details on the Contact page rather than registering a new account.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 566bd account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including falsifying your age — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 566bd login credentials — your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 566bd will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone, or chat. You agree to notify 566bd support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 566bd cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

566bd is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot showing your bKash or Nagad account number matching your registered mobile number). KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests. 566bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC documentation is satisfactorily provided. 2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

566bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; provision of false registration information; multiple account creation; or conduct that 566bd determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. 4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 566bd are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will expire.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

566bd strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk or void betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting errors in bonus terms; and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where 566bd determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void any bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

566bd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If 566bd cancels an active bonus that a player is in the process of wagering, the player's cash balance at the time of cancellation will remain intact. Bonuses that have already been fully wagered and converted to withdrawable cash will not be cancelled retroactively. Players who do not wish to accept a bonus that has been automatically credited to their account may contact support to have it removed before beginning to wager.

Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that gives you a financial benefit beyond what would be expected in normal gameplay.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 566bd staff or other players in any support or communication channel.
